Individual Therapy
I take a personalized approach to therapy, drawing on my diverse background and skills to create meaningful and relevant outcomes for each client. I work with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, recognizing that changes in one influence the other. The body has a profound ability to shape how we feel and how we engage with the world.

In addition to my Clinical Psychology training and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), I have undertaken extensive training in:

-
Somatic Experiencing (SE)
-
Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
-
Integral Somatic Psychology (ISP)
-
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy
-
Structural Dissociation Model Therapy (for complex trauma)
I continue to pursue advanced training and supervision in PTSD and related fields to ensure I provide the most effective care for my clients.
I have a keen interest in neurobiology and the role of spirituality in healing trauma. My many years of meditative practice inform my work as a Clinical Psychologist, helping clients cultivate deeper self-awareness and emotional regulation.

Having lived in multiple countries, I have a strong understanding of cross-cultural counseling and welcome individuals from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds. As someone who migrated to Australia as an adult, I understand the complexities of cultural transitions.
